Benton Grade School offers instrumental, vocal, and general music instruction for students in grades fifth through eighth.  

5th and 6th Grade

Students attend general music classes on a weekly basis.  In this class they will learn various musical elements, vocal and instrumental pedagogy.  In addition to their general music class, students are able to participate in chorus and band.  For more information, please visit the respective tabs.

7th and 8th Grade

Students have the option to participate in either band or chorus.  Some students who are interested in both must talk to the band or choir director prior to joining the ensemble.
